Colombia culture
Colombians also distinguish ourselves by a core value: the passion for everything we do, the desire to make things right withresourcefulness and ingenuity. We are kind, cheerful andoptimistic, features that make foreigners fall in love not only thecountry's natural beauty but also of its inhabitants.
management in Colombia is a very different style because in some areas varies from informal to formal. how to talk to is way too modismos, and unfortunately a negative factor is the tardiness ofactivities.
